A board certified Internist and founding Director of Integrative Medicine for the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, the largest in New Jersey, Dr. Perlman is a recognized leader in the field of integrative medicine. Formerly, the Executive Director of the Institute for Complementary and Alternative Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) where he designed research and professional development programs, he is currently Executive Director of Integrative Medicine for the Duke University Health System. Dr. Perlman is a frequently featured media expert on the topic of integrative medicine and wellness.

Co-founder of Renew Integrative Care with Dr. Adam Perlman, Mr. Henkind is an established real estate professional with expertise in the development and design of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and senior housing. He brings a hands-on management style to Renew programs and oversees operations.
Randi Rae Treibitz
Administrator, program developer and fitness professional for special needs populations, Ms. Treibitz consults with many outstanding non-profit organizations in New Jersey. She brings entrepreneurial skill and energy to Renew’s clients, and directs services from needs assessment to program design and site management.
